How To Create Your Own Electricity Using Magnets

November 16, 2009
Have you seen how people are using magnets to create free electricity? Well, they are!

Learning how to make free electricity, by using magnets, has been a challenge to many scientists. It is part of the quest to produce a perpetual motion generator. Many trials have been performed, but very few have resulted in a realistic magnetic motor design, that can generate electricity to power a house.

To build a magnet motor, you must understand the power of magnetic fields around the magnets. The attraction force of magnets with opposite polarity and repulsion force of magnets with the same polarity, are used to induce motion to a device.

The best kept secret about the conception of a magnet motor, evolves around the proper positioning and the size of the magnets used.

Building a magnet motor to generate electricity, is only half of the equation. The magnet motor must be big enough to induce rotation to an electric generator. This generator will convert the rotation energy of the magnet motor to electricity, which you can use to power your home or RV.

This electricity is free, because there is no power source, such as fuel or electricity, to power the magnetic motor. The one and only source of energy is the magnetic field around the magnets. It is totally independent.

There is only a low cost of buying a DIY guide and some parts from a local hardware store, to build it. Doing it yourself will pay you back in a short period of time, as you will notice the steady reduction in your electric bills.

By following a plan and doing it yourself, you will get to understand the workings and design of such a device. It will be easy for you to build a smaller magnetic motor, for your rv or your hunting lodge.

You can even start a part time business that will generate a new stream of income for you. Searching for plans on the web, can be tedious at best. Most of the results you will find, are just experiments that fail to generate perpetual motion.

Trying to build a magnetic motor from experimental plans can be costly in time and money. Only a few websites will propose a tested and proven method to generate free electricity using magnets.

Homemade Fuel Additive

November 13, 2009
Believe it or not, you can actually make a homemade fuel additive, that will help your vehicle emit less toxic emissions.

This, however, is a complex process, that shouldn’t really be taken lightly.  When you are messing around with products like hydrogen and methane, you need some training and some know-how.

There are plenty of fuel additives available on the open market, available for purchase, but there are still some people who think that they can make homemade fuel additives, to help i...

How To Save Energy In The Home

November 11, 2009
While you can save a lot of money by installing solar energy in your home, the first place to start saving, is by cutting down on how much energy you actually use.

This is because solar energy installations can be rather expensive. If you can cut back on your basic power usage, then you can cover all your energy needs by instaling a smaller system. This will make your solar return on investment much greater.

So what are the quickest ways to use less power at home? A few simple steps can reduce...

Make Money From Energy Saving Inventions

November 9, 2009
The Innovation Fund is willing to throw money at creative-thinking South Africans. From renewable energy to commercially useful end products, your inventions and adaptations could be the cash cow you’ve dreamed of finding.

When we first examined exactly how forward-thinking South African entrepreneurs might benefit from the Department of Science and Technologies’ initiative, the Innovation Fund , earlier this year, we were overwhelmed by the vast funding, development and support network w...

Sunny South Africa Seems To Be Ignoring Their Solar Power Potential

November 6, 2009
I found this article recently and thought it was very interesting, particularly with the shortage of power in ther country and the ridiculous tariff increases proposed by ESKOM.

Even though South Africa is known for it's sunshine and warmth, a lack of good government policy has caused solar energy to be left behind locally. So says Solar World Congress chairman Jon Adams.

The upcoming International Solar Energy Society (ISES) Solar World Congress, in Johannesburg, will see the unveiling of a l...

Bio-Diesel As A Diesel Fuel Alternative

November 4, 2009
Many vehicles run on diesel fuels these days, but with the growing trend toward environmentally safer fuels for vehicles, do diesel vehicle owners have any other alternative fuels?

The answer is a resounding Yes they do!  It’s called bio-diesel and it’s making a big impact in the fuel industry.

Bio-diesel is a cleaner burning, alternative fuel, produced from domestic, renewable resources. Bio-diesel contains no petroleum, but it can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel, to create...

Fossil Fuels And Alternatives

November 2, 2009

The United States is one of the foremost countries in the use of fossil fuels.  Fossil fuels are those that are formed in the ground, naturally, over a period of millions of years. They are usually formed from dead plants and animals.

Oils, natural gases, and coal are the most common fossil fuels and all around the world, we depend on them use a lot of them, but slowly the reserves are being depleted and the costs of extraction are soaring!

Fossil fuel usage by humans is the largest single so...

Using Fuel Cells for Small Household Appliances

October 28, 2009

Fuel cell research and technology has come a long way, especially when you consider that the researchers have now developed an alternative energy source for small household appliances, such as cameras, camcorders, and laptop computers.  Cell phones can also use fuel cell power, as can vacuum cleaners, coffee pots, and microwave ovens.  It can be rather mind-boggling, when you think about it!

Developing fuel cells for small household appliances could be the beginning of a major evolution in n...

Free Solar Panels

October 26, 2009
With the present recession, rabid unemployment, awareness of pollution and soaring power prices, more and more people are looking to alternative means of power.

Some countries have expressed interest in the possibility of being able to provide hundreds of homes, in certain areas, with solar electricity, through the placement of free solar panels on each home.

These plans may seem like a waste of time to many people, as it is every home that needs a solar panel if the aim is to help the environm...

Alternative Fuel Facts

October 23, 2009
There is a huge urgency right now for people to switch from gasoline powered vehicles, to those that run on alternative fuels.

The fact of the matter is that alternative fuels are far more environmentally friendly and can actually help conserve the natural resources that we use to produce gasoline.

Here are some fast facts about alternative fuel:

* Alternative fuels such as methanol, ethanol, compressed natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and electricity produce fewer tail pipe pollutants,...

About Me

I have been a successful Internet marketer since 2003. I ama retired engineer (through injury, not age) and a syndicated article writer. I am concerned about the rise in prices of electricity and fuel and I'm trying to make my house and life as green as possible. I have recently entered into the niche of alternative energy, so keep tuned as to what I find. I, my wife Sally and my son Clint run a string of websites in different fields, such as marketing, gardening, fitness, all under the umbrella of Dersalsites. From the BlogLog links, you can get access to some of these.
